The column bracket for outdoor surveillance camera installation is a column bracket for outdoor surveillance camera installation. Specifications and dimensions

1. The monitoring pole is a columnar bracket used for installing outdoor monitoring cameras. Road monitoring is usually made with a height of 6 meters and a horizontal arm of 1 meter. Unless there are special circumstances, the concrete of all embedded parts of the monitoring pole is C25 concrete, and the steel bars are in accordance with national standards and wind resistance requirements. The cement is No. 425 ordinary Portland cement. The concrete ratio and minimum cement dosage should comply with the provisions of GBJ204-83;

2. The monitoring pole must be well grounded and it is best to add a lead wire to the ground (it is recommended that the conductor does not go through the pole body), and its grounding resistance is less than 4 ohms;

3. The threads above the flange of the embedded anchor bolt are well wrapped to prevent damage to the threads. According to the embedded parts installation drawing, correctly place the embedded parts of the monitoring pole, and ensure that the extension direction of the arm rod is perpendicular to the roadway (or as required by the engineer). The anchor bolt is used as the main reinforcement;

4. The flatness of the concrete pouring surface of the monitoring pole foundation is less than 5mm/m. Try to keep the embedded parts of the vertical pole level. The embedded flange is 20~30 mm lower than the surrounding ground, and then the reinforcing ribs are covered with C25 fine stone concrete to prevent water accumulation;

5. When the straight length of the cable pipe exceeds 50 meters or the cable pipes at both ends are not in the same plane and are more than 100 mm apart, a hand hole well must be set. The inner size of the hand hole well is required to be 500 (length) × 500 (width) × 600 (depth) MM, and gravel is used for water seepage; the four walls of the hand hole well must be smeared with cement mortar.

6. The control box is equipped by the equipment manufacturer according to the required capacity. The outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a wall thickness of not less than 1.2mm, and the surface is sprayed with outdoor plastic powder, and waterproof, anti-theft and heat dissipation are done well.

7. Structural steel shall not have cracks, delamination, heavy skin, slag inclusions and other defects that affect material and mechanical properties. The depth of pits or scratches shall not be greater than 1/2 of the negative tolerance of steel thickness and should not be greater than 0.5mm.

8. Design basis: Design wind load: 23m/s2, fatigue life: 30 years.

Installation precautions

1. The steel cage of the foundation should be temporarily fixed, and at the same time, ensure that the top plate of the foundation of the steel cage is horizontal, that is, use a level ruler to measure in two vertical directions of the top plate of the foundation, and observe that the bubble must be centered; the concrete pouring of the embedded parts of the monitoring pole must be dense, and the concrete is prohibited from having hollows;

2. During construction, the embedded pipe mouth should be sealed with plastic paper or other materials in advance to prevent the concrete from leaking into the embedded pipe during concrete pouring, causing the embedded pipe to be blocked; after the foundation is poured, the foundation surface must be 5MM~10MM higher than the ground plane; the concrete must be cured for a period of time to ensure that the concrete can reach a certain installation strength.

3. Each metal pole must be grounded, and its grounding resistance is less than 4 ohms; the specific data of each pole foundation shall be based on the needs of on-site construction.
